Where do I enter my guild information and logo requests?
After checkout we will send an email to the email address you used during checkout. This email will contain a special Logo Code that you will use to access the my logo page. This section is where you will be able to provide your guild information and logo requests. You will also use this section to communicate with us, view your logos progress, request adjustments, download your logo and get help with installing it.
What is turnaround time?
Turnaround time is the estimated amount of time it will take us to create your logo once we receive your guild information and logo requests. Adjustments requested after the creation of your logo are not included in this estimate.
What if I don't have any logo requests?
No worries, you will be able to give us full creative control from the same page that asks for your logo requests.
Do I need a PayPal Account to place an order?
No, PayPal now lets you make a payment using your credit card, without a PayPal account.
